Minimum order is $5,000 to qualify. Please scan and send the form along with a copy of both your proposal and your listing/sales agreement to Patrick Molyneaux at pmolyneaux@molyneauxhome.com within 10 days following your installation. One rebate per client household. Offer is only available to Listing & Sale clients of RAMP members. After completion, the $350 is paid directly to the RAMP member client.
